Centre Animal Hospital understands your payment concerns. If you are unable to pay in full at the time of your visit, we work with the CareCredit program to meet your needs. It takes just 5 minutes to complete an application and will allow you to break down your payment into monthly installments. You can either apply at our hospital, where we'll call in your application over the phone for immediate approval, or apply yourself by phone or online before you arrive.
Additional Policy Information:
Centre Animal Hospital charges $40 for returned checks.
For clients with pet insurance, we are happy to provide you with the necessary documentation to submit a claim to your insurance carrier.
New Clients who fail to appear for their scheduled appointment or who cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the original New Client reservation fee and must pay a new reservation fee in advance before an appointment may be rescheduled.
Your reservation fee will be applied to your invoice when you complete your visit. The New Client reservation fee generally covers only the exam fee. There may be additional charges for vaccinations, medications, and other items.
