Parasites that can harm your kitten include external parasites that live on your kitten (fleas, ticks, ear mites), as well as internal parasites, those that live inside your pet (tapeworms, roundworms, hookworms, heartworms). Parasite infestations can negatively affect your kitten’s health, with concerns such as anemia, itching, diarrhea, hair loss, and much more.

All cat preventatives are currently topically applied. Our recommended choice of prevention to control fleas, ticks, mites, heartworms, roundworms and hookworms is Revolution Plus, which is safe for kittens as young as 8 weeks and is applied monthly.
